Minister of Trade and Industry, Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen has reportedly resigned from the Akufo-Addo-led government.
Multiple media reports have confirmed that the minister tendered his resignation letter to President Nana Akufo-Addo on Thursday, Jan 5, 2023.
Although details of the resignation are not immediately known, it is believed he took that decision to enable him properly focus on his presidential ambition.
The man popularly known as ‘Alan Cash’ has long been rumoured to be nursing the ambition to contest the flagbearership slot of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
